WHO IS MYSUITES?
Mysuites is an international Design Hospitality group based in New York city, specializing† in design, branding and management of small Boutique Suites & Luxury Hotels. The Mysuites design studio has been involved in the architectural and interior design and marketing of some of the most trendy and hip Boutique Hotels in Europe and the USA.
All suites and apartments advertised on the web site are independently owned and are managed by† Mysuites Inc.
The company operates as hotel broker for any of the Hotels proposed.
HOW DO WE KNOW MYSUITES IS A LEGITIMATE COMPANY?
MySuites is a U.S trademark and MySuites INC. is a registered New York corporation. Administrative or legal questions should be forwarded to legal@mysuites.net.
The company operates as broker of fully furnished short terms rentals, of 30 days or longer, and as Hotel broker in full compliance with the New York City regulations and NYS law.
CAN WE VIEW THE PROPERTIES?
MySuites is an online booking company and we do not provide viewings of the properties,. However, viewings may be arranged when the Suites are vacant – i.e. between bookings – to avoid disturbing current guests. Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis.
DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?
We are an online booking company, so no calls before any reservations. This website and the FAQ section will answer all your questions. If your question is not addressed, send us an email!
we will provide you with a phone number just right after the reservation.
WHAT DOES AN “ALL INCLUDED” RATE MEAN?
It means that the one time cleaning fee and room taxes are already included in the rate.
All other services we offer listed on the website are NOT included and need to be booked with the concierge. The CC fee is not included in the rates. Additional luxury services requested, such as driver, stylist, etc. are billed separately.
HOW DOES THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT WORK?
A detailed pdf with all the instructions and contact information will be emailed to you upon reservation.The day of your check-in, the manager or concierge will wait for you at your Suite. If you scheduled a car service, our driver will take you directly to your Suite.
Check in time is 5pm, but you can always store your luggage at our storage or, if possible the check in manager will arrange an early check in directly in to the suite. In order to make the process smooth for both of us we will ask you to text the check in manager once you land at the airport.
Check out time is at 12 pm, but you can always store your luggage or if possible the check in manager will arrange a late check out.
At check out you will be ask to leave both set of keys on the table, with the check out form, and just close the door behind you. You don’t have to wait for The check in manager to inspect the suite.
ARE THERE ANY POTENTIAL EXTRA OR HIDDEN COSTS?
No. But if you break, you pay! Please take a look at the possible fees in case of damages in the services section.
All luxury services requested are charged in addition to your rate. All used/open design items in the MySuites Shop will be charged directly to your CC.
HOW “BEST AVAILABLE SUITE RATE” OR DISCOUNTED RATE WORK?
all discounted rates, special offers,or “best available suite rates” disclosed on any web site, Facebook, are subject to availability. when you book at one of those rates, you simply don’t have the guarantee of the suite of choice.we strongly encourage to book at those rates, because they save yoga lot of money, and as we know all the suites very well, we can tell you, they are all gorgeous and stylish places in the top hot locations.
WHY IS MYSUITES MORE EXPENSIVE?
Our suites apartments are located in those part of the blocks and in those buildings where New yorkers want to be.
We looked for our current locations for years! We reviewed hundreds of apartments and layouts before choosing. No random apartments, no weird layout, or boring locations.MySuites is a new hospitality concept created and run by designers.
We design with a sense of necessary style. No nonsense! We aim to make you feel at home in our Suites, where style is always at the front, not necessary luxury. This is what separates MySuites from everyone else!
We do offer an array of luxury services for those accustomed to top luxury hotels.
HOW WELL EQUIPPED ARE YOUR SUITES?
All Apartment Suites are fully furnished and ready to enjoy as you do your own home. They all come with cable TV, WiFi, i Pod speakers, AC, iron board, blow dryer, fresh and quality towels and linens. Some Suites also have a selection of books for you to enjoy.
Our kitchens are all fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans and a coffee maker. Most of our apartments also have a dishwasher and microwave. And of course, a dining table where you can enjoy it all!

WHEN I ARRIVE, WILL SOMEONE BE THERE TO MEET ME? HOW DO I GET THE KEYS?
There will be a check in person waiting for you at the Suite upon your arrival. He/she will let you in, give you the keys, and show you everything you need to know so that you can best enjoy your vacation Apartment Suite. the manager will always be in contact with you before and during your stay at manager@mysuites.net
ARE THE SUITES IN SAFE AREAS?
We are chic-safe! All the Suites are located in the most sought after locations in the West Village.
ARE ALL YOUR SUITES NON-SMOKING?
Our Suites are all strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in the building and the balcony.
DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS?
Of course not! We provide you with all the clean sheets and towels you might need. Your bed will be freshly made before your arrival.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
You have 2 options:
You can do it online. Go to our website and you will be guided by our secure online system.
You can send an enquiry by filling out the Assisted Reservation Form manually. Please include your credit card details and send it to us by email.
DO I GET A CONTRACT?
To complete your reservation, you need to accept our Terms & Conditions.The terms and conditions disclosed on line are the contract you are bound to.
Upon check-in, you will sign a lease that pertains to your stay, and that is what is required by New York state law.
The lease needs to be handy in the suite at anytime.
